Free hands-only CPR and AED training open to the public. Taught by BVFD-certified instructors. No experience required.
Lake Anna Fire Safety Demonstration
BVFD joins Louisa County EMS for a summer safety event. Demonstrations of boat fire response, water rescue, and home escape planning.
Annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser
Pancakes, sausage, eggs, and coffee. Proceeds fund equipment and training. Ride-along raffle for kids!

Free smoke detector installation in homes within our response district. Priority to elderly residents and households with children.
BVFD Fall Fundraiser Dinner
Our biggest fundraiser of the year. Dinner, silent auction, and live music. Proceeds go toward new SCBA equipment.
